In 2023, Baseline Ventures took a bold step to expand its vision beyond athlete management by establishing Baseline Foundation. With a deep understanding of the obstacles faced by aspiring athletes and emerging sports, Baseline Foundation was created to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. Recognizing challenges like limited resources, training gaps, and lack of mentorship, the Foundation is dedicated to building an environment where every athlete has the support they need to grow and succeed.

Founded in 2014, Baseline Ventures emerged as a key player in sports, entertainment, and brand licensing across India and beyond, with offices now in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Singapore. From its inception, Baseline Ventures set out to redefine athlete representation and brand partnerships, managing some of India’s most celebrated athletes and orchestrating iconic collaborations that bring unparalleled value to stakeholders. Its range of expertise includes athlete management, global partnerships, sponsorships, content creation, and media rights distribution.
